Michael D. Yoder

Michael collaborates with Anat in the design of our firm’s advice, and oversees our investment operations and recommendations.

Michael's career started in 1999 as a consulting actuary, in which he advised large employers on the funding and maintenance of their pension plans. He became a financial advisor in 2001 before moving into various management positions focused primarily on training advisors in the key areas of financial planning and investments. He eventually served as a director within the Financial Planning and Advice department for a national firm before returning into private practice with Anat in 2009.

In addition to overseeing our firm's investment recommendations, Michael also offers significant expertise and experience within the area of equity compensation.

Michael has a BA in applied mathematics and music from UC Berkeley. He is also a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER practitioner and a Chartered Retirement Plans Specialist..


Anat N. Yoder

CFP®, CRPS®, Principal

Anat is the primary contact for our clients, and is responsible for the delivery and execution of our firm’s advice.

After a career in structural engineering, Anat became a financial advisor in 2004 in an effort to direct her problem-solving skills toward more meaningful ends. Since that time, she has received a number of awards for her work, including recognition for achieving a client satisfaction score of 100% in 2011.

Anat has a BS in civil engineering, as well as an MS in structural engineering, both from UC Berkeley.  She is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional and a Chartered Retirement Plans Specialist.


Michelle McGowan

Client Relationship Manager

Michelle serves as our client concierge.  

She is responsible for ensuring a positive client experience in all aspects of your relationship with us including, appointment scheduling, meeting preparation, and fund transfers.  Michelle has a BA from St Mary’s College and has worked within the financial services industry for over ten years.
